Hi all, I have to move to Launceston soon so I need to leave my really cosy room in two bedrooms flat as soon as possible and it will be available from 18/10/13.
I have signed a contract (only for the room) that ends the 12th of December 2013 so you would take my contract for just 2 months with the possibility to sign for a new contract after that. You will share the flat with a really easygoing guy from Malesya doing his bachelor's at Utas, he is responsible for the contract so you just need to sign a contract for the room with him. The flat is gorgeus, it is on the last storey of a three storey bulding in 7 View street (Sandy Bay), just few meters from the campus, bus stops on Sandy Bay road and you can reach plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants just 10 mins walking. Covered parking.
The room has a wide window and a balcony with a beautiful sight on the Casino. It has a single bed, a desk, a chair and a wardrobe. The flat has modern furnishing and is fully furnished (kitchenware, linen, etc. everything you need just bring you suitcase!). The rent is 170 per week payable fortnightly, in the rent is included the water. The power bill is usually around 15-20 dollars per week (you pay when the bill comes). No internet connection but with a good computer you are able to get the university signal!
