House share available in Sandy Bay in DYNNYRNE, Tasmania for sale

Three bedroom house in Lower Sandy Bay available at $111 per week not including internet or electricity. Two 1 year leases available.
Currently four residents wth two leaving on November the 1st.
The two residents remaining are female and male couple sharing the master bedroom. We are both full Uni students, 18 and 19. We are looking for a male and female roomate to keep the genders even.
There are two rooms available, one larger than the other, and these share a communal bathroom across the hall. The larger bedroom is big enough for a double bed, and couples are welcome to apply. In this case the rent would drop to $88.80 per week. All bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are upstairs, with living, dining, kitchen and toilet downstairs. The house has one garage which can fit three cars but they have to be parked directly behind each other so its not very efficient. There is plenty of off street parking

The house is a fifteen minute (fast) walk from the Uni, which is mostly
flat.
The downstairs area is completely furnished though we may be able to fit a few more things in. Both bedrooms will be unfurnished.
We are looking for easy going roommates, who are decently tidy but don't need the kitchen spotless at all times.
Prefer uni students, league of legends enthusiasts and/or my little pony fans.
Please note that the pics of the place were for advertising purposes when the house was first rented. The furniture did not come with the house and there is now different furniture. The bedroom pic with the with two windows is the big room, and the one with the black bed is the small.
