I have a spare bedroom with ensuite available in my Sandy Bay unit. My housemate had to move overseas unexpectedly but she is still paying rent until Dec 2013 when the lease ends. I'd still very much like to continue living here next year so I'm looking for a housemate to take over the room either now (and pay my housemate the rent) or at the start of a new lease -1 Jan 2014.
Super convenient location, a minute's walk from uni. Room has an ensuite and built in wardrobe. Internet and electiricity bills are shared.
The unit is a small, cosy one with a merged kitchen, dining and living space. My bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, so you'll have lots of privacy.
Rent is $150 per week and bond is $600 (4 weeks rent). Property is managed by CPPM.
